The Masters programme in ENSP is geared towards training engineers in telecommunication. At the end of this programme, the student is expected to have acquired skills in telecommunication; he should be capable of analysing, modelling, conceving and building circuit systems and sub-systems of telecommunication for applications on land, space and on mobile.
